We inspect the visible support system, take level measurements, and review key crawlspace components including piers, footings, I-beams, concrete runners, slabs, vapor barrier, underbelly, tie-downs, plumbing, HVAC ducting, and moisture conditions.

Level Measurements
We use a high-precision altimeter capable of reading elevation changes as small as 1/32 of an inch, allowing us to document low areas, settlement, and overall level conditions throughout the home.
Vapor Barrier & Moisture Review
We inspect the ground vapor barrier, moisture conditions, standing water, drainage concerns, and areas where moisture may be affecting the crawlspace.
Pier & Support System Review

Concrete Runner & Slab Evaluation
We check visible concrete runners, slabs, and footing areas for cracks, settling, damage, or conditions that may affect the home’s support system.
Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC Observations
We review visible plumbing, electrical lines, heat ducts, and HVAC components for obvious concerns noted during the crawlspace inspection.
Photos & Written Findings
